  • What is TR-069 and why does AxioACS use it?
    • TR‑069 is a CPE WAN Management Protocol developed to remotely configure, monitor, and update customer-premises equipment. AxioACS leverages TR‑069 (and related protocols like TR‑143, TR‑369) to provide seamless auto‑provisioning and diagnostics of routers and CPE devices.

  • How quickly can I get started with AxioACS?
    • You can sign up and have your ACS instance up and running within minutes. Once you’ve added your TR‑069 credentials, devices will begin to check in and download their configurations immediately.

  • How much bandwidth does each device use when communicating with AxioACS?
    • Each TR‑069 “Inform” session typically transfers about 5–10KB of data (device parameters, status, and acknowledgments). If your devices poll hourly, you’ll see roughly 120–240KB per device per day, or under 7MB per device per month. Occasional configuration pushes or firmware downloads may add larger transfers, but regular keep‑alive and monitoring overhead remains minimal.

  • How often does AxioACS poll or inform devices?
    • On our Free and Pro plans, devices send a basic “keep‑alive” inform every 5 minutes, with a full parameter report every 15 minutes. Enterprise customers can fully customize both basic and full‑data polling intervals to match their network requirements.

  • Where is my data hosted and how is it protected?
    • AxioACS is hosted on ISO‑certified cloud datacenters in multiple regions (EU, US, APAC). All data in transit is encrypted using TLS 1.2+, and stored configurations and logs are encrypted at rest with regular backups and strict access controls.

  • What payment methods do you accept?
    • We accept major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal, and direct bank transfers for Enterprise customers.

  • Can I change or upgrade my plan at any time?
    • Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade between the Free and Pro, directly from your account dashboard. Changes will prorate for the remainder of your billing cycle.
      Enterprise customers need to contact us to change their plan.

  • Do you offer discounts for annual prepayment?
    • If you pay annually, you receive a 15% discount on the standard per‑device rates for the Pro plan and on custom quotes for Enterprise.

  • How do I troubleshoot a device that won’t connect?
    • Use the built‑in diagnostics to check ACS communication logs, ensure your device’s TR‑069 URL, username, and password are correct, and verify any firewall rules aren’t blocking the custom set TCP port, such as 7547 or 7544.

  • Can I integrate AxioACS with my existing CRM/OSS/BSS?
    • Yes. We provide a RESTful API and webhooks so you can export session logs, device data, and apply configurations programmatically from your CRM/OSS/BSS.

  • Do you offer white‑label or reseller options?
    • With the Free plan, you can display your logo on the portal while our AxioACS branding remains visible in secondary areas.     • You can export CSV or JSON snapshots of device inventories, performance metrics, and ACS session logs directly from the dashboard, or schedule automated exports via our API.
